I met this amazing guitarist when he expressed an interest in playing in a blues band some time ago, and am constantly amazed at his respect for the music, I think he learned this from his father, Mike Meiring, also an incredible guitarist. Tyler has an incredible sense of timing and a sense of feeling when playing blues standards, hard rock, complex progressive rock, traditional roots music or laid back acoustic songs, that is amazing a musician who is so young.

The first time I saw him play was in the Getphat studios and his wonderful tone, touch and technique are simply breathtaking and I feel very lucky to play in BWH with this incredible musician.

He plays guitar in a number of projects which includes:
